4.    Involves:

• Drafting a framework for policy analysis
• Selecting appropriate policy interventions
• Partnering with external and government institutes
• Facilitating partnerships within the bank
• Facilitating partnerships with national and international stakeholders
• Present policy analysis plans, outcomes, etc. to Exco and Board 
• Provide quality policy analysis for executive decision making
• Provide policy and programme applications to address institutional and human capacity failure
• Identify and develop new policy initiatives, systems and procedures to deliver on the Bank’s mission and strategy, in cooperation with the Research Unit
• Oversee policy analysis on a range of development issues, informed by the needs of the Bank and its stakeholders
• Provide independent, focused, quality policy support to government and stakeholders
• Deliver internal and external policy analysis projects to agreed standards, budgets and timetables
