Statement Against Retaliation

Statement Against Retaliation

DBSA is committed to creating an IGRM which is secure, transparent and responsive to address concerns over Projects without any fear of reprisal. In considering the grievance, the IGRM will actively assess the vulnerability of the AP for reprisal, and where appropriate, in keeping within the mandate of the DBSA, attempt to mitigate such vulnerabilities. Where requested by the AP, DBSA undertakes to safeguard the identity and confidential information shared with the DBSA under the IGRM.
DBSA has zero tolerance for any action by any DBSA client, project stakeholder or third party that amounts to retaliation against an AP.  DBSA takes seriously any credible allegations of reprisals, including threats, intimidation, harassment, or violence, and will take follow-up action, as and where possible, against any instigator of retaliation.
